  • Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to receive a makeup opportunity. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for makeup lessons.

  • Makeup Lessons: One makeup per month is offered based on schedule availability.

  • Teacher Absences: If Ms. Tindall must cancel, a makeup or credit will be provided.

  • Punctuality: Lessons begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.
